To Qualify for free shipping you must 1) pay on time ( within 1 business day of auction close) Your card you use to register for the auction me be successfully charged the first attempt. ( dont register with a dead card) or email me that you will be paying by venmo prior to auction day end and pay within 1 business day of receiving invoice. . and 2) have an invoice of $150 or more that does not include buyer premium or tax. We charge $5 handling per box shipped and $5 per box supplied. We charge $2 per USPS flat rat box. for a total of $7-$10 per invoice handling even if item ships free. Free shipping is limited to $25 for all invoices $150-200 limited to $35 for invoices $201-$350 $40 limit from invoices $351-$499 $50 limit on invoices $500 and up. No Buyers Premium will take off the 15% buyers premium if you spend $600 or more. You will be responsible for all shipping costs over the above limits based on auction hammer prices. To Qualify for no Buyers premium you must pay on time within one business day and have your card successfully charged on first attempt. No Buyers Premium will take off the 15% buyers premium. if you spend $600 or more. cc fee will show up as a 6% buyers premium. you will still have to pay this if you use cc for payment. 3. Resale permit is required to waive any tax. Must be submitted prior to your first bid. 5. All return shipping regardless of fault or error on auctioneer OR CONDITION OF ITEM will be responsibility of bidder. 6. Be Reasonable, must attempt to resolve issue with auctioneer before any other method. 7. For all legal purposes, jurisdiction will be in Kern County courts in the state of california. 8. No hidden fees. Late Payment $25- Payment is due next business day after receiving invoice. We encourage all items to be shipped. All payment is due the next business day after auction ends by 5 pm. All payments after this date will incur a $25 fee and $25 a day after that. 9. Be respectful, any customers who display unruly behavior break social distancing or bad language will be asked to leave and incur a $25 fee and be banned from platform or local pickup. 11. Have something to sell? we can add to catalog commission starts at 25%. 12. Although returns are rare they are only approved upon discretion of auctioneer. Buyer premuim is final and will not be refunded. 13. AUCTION LOTS are generated from manifest from truckload. some items may not be in actual inventory. If this occurs your money only for items missing paid will be given as credit for future auction. No refunds. 14. There will be a $20 declinded credit card fee if venmo payment is not received within 24 hours of notification of declined cc. you agree that your card on file will be current and active. It takes time and resources to track down bidders for payment. This is for auction invoice and for shipping. All fees must be paid in order to release items. No exceptions. If you make venmo payment or update credit card and second attempt is successful this fee will be reduced to $10. 15. Venmo is preferred payment method. There will be a 6% credit card or paypal fee added to each invoice. If you want to avoid fee please pay by venmo. 16. All items unpaid by 2nd monday after auction invoice or shipping unpaid Monday after invoice sent will be considered abandoned and you release items back to auctioneer and forfeit any monies paid and you will still be responsible for payment. 17. Shipping is seperate charge from your invoice . All unpaid shipping invoice after 24 hours of sent invoice will incur a $20 late payment charge. After 3 days of unpaid shipping charge bidder will agree to abondon items paid for or pay a $25 fee. No items will be released with out complete payment of invoice shipping fees and late fees.
